The Franklin Economy Series is the straightforward way to get a flag flying off a building wall. Every length ships as a complete set, so you are not chasing parts: the pole, the ornament, the truck, the halyard, the snaps, the cleat, and the mounting bracket all arrive together.
What's included
- 1-1/2" diameter clear anodized aluminum pole (.125 wall)
- 3" gold anodized aluminum ball ornament
- Cast aluminum single-sheave stationary truck
- 50' of 1/4" solid braided polyester halyard with two nylon flag snaps
- 9" cast aluminum cleat with mounting screws
- Cast aluminum mounting bracket
Available lengths
72", 96", 108", 120", and 144". Longer poles carry a larger flag and project further from the wall, so match the length to your flag size and the clearance you have.
Keep your flag from wrapping the pole
On any wall-mounted outrigger, wind eventually wraps the flag around the pole. A non-tangle rod holds the bottom edge of the flag out so it stays open and readable all day.
Add a Non-Tangle Rod for Outrigger Flagpoles - sized for 3x5 through 8x12 flags. Note that a reinforcing patch must be sewn into the flag for the clamp to attach properly.
Before you install
Mounting hardware such as screws, bolts, and anchors is not included, since the right fastener depends on your wall material. Inspect the halyard and connections routinely for wear and loose fittings.
