Flagpole Counterweights — Internal Halyard. Internal halyard flagpoles require a counterweight to pull the flag down from the bottom. These vinyl-coated steel weights are fabricated from 2" diameter steel and available in three sizes and four colors to match your pole finish.
- CW35 (3–1/2", 3.3 lbs) — supplied with one eyebolt attached to one end
- CW7 (7", 6.7 lbs) — supplied with an eyebolt attached to each end
- CW14 (14", 13 lbs) — supplied with an eyebolt attached to each end
Also suitable for crane-mounted flags and flags hung from bridges where downward tension is required.

How to Select the Right Weight
The correct counterweight depends on your pole height, flag size, and halyard configuration. As a general guide:
- CW35 — smaller poles, lighter flags, up to approximately 3x5 ft
- CW7 — mid-size commercial poles, flags up to approximately 5x8 ft
- CW14 — large commercial and monumental poles, flags 6x10 ft and larger
