The Voluntary Army for the Independence of Sicily (EVIS - Esercito Volontario per l'Indipendenza della Sicilia) was a short-lived, armed separatist movement that emerged in Sicily during the chaotic years immediately after World War II.

We have tried to source this flag in the USA but we can only find this imported flag from an American source.

While the EVIS itself was a brief phenomenon, it highlights the complexities of post-WWII Italy and the depth of Sicilian desire for self-determination. Sicilian identity and regional autonomy remain topics of political debate within Italy to this day.
