TOTAL SATISFACTION RETURN POLICY/Refund Policy

It is our policy to have happy customers and the be responsive and easy to work with. We also stand behind our products and offerings. We have one of the highest satisfaction rates in our industry.

All items are covered by an unconditional 30 day guarantee. If you are unsatisfied and our customer service department cannot make it right, you have the option to return the items at your expense in like-new condition and receive your choice of either a 100% store credit or a refund for the cost of the item minus a 10% restocking fee.

Shipping/handling charges are not included and are not refundable.

If the item was purchased as part of a discount package then the refunded amount will be equal to its portion of the total delivered items as calculated by Ultimate Flags.

Note that all flags experience normal wear and tear based on their use and the environments they are subjected to. Normal wear is not covered under this warranty unless it is a result of manufacturing defect.
