In addition, US Patriot Flags, LLC uses Facebook custom audiences based on emails of subscribers and customers. Copyright Infringement

Notice and Takedown Procedure

USPF DBA US Patriot Flags expeditiously responds to valid notices of copyright infringement that adhere to the requirements set forth in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may provide USPF’s Designated Agent (listed below) with a notice that contains all six points enumerated below (preferably via email).

Upon receipt of a valid notice, USPF will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content as well as make a good-faith attempt to contact the owner or administrator of the affected content so they may counter-notice pursuant to Sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the DMCA.

Conditions of sale and returns

This site is intended for users aged 18 and over. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. The disclaimers and limitations above apply to the extent permitted by law; where applicable law does not permit an exclusion or limitation, it does not apply to you.

30-day return and refund policy

We stand behind our products and aim to provide responsive, helpful customer service.

All items are covered by our 30-day return policy. If you are unsatisfied and our customer service department cannot make it right, you have the option to return the items at your expense in like-new condition and receive your choice of either a 100% store credit or a refund for the cost of the item minus a 10% restocking fee.

Shipping/handling charges are not included and are not refundable.

If the item was purchased as part of a discount package then the refunded amount will be equal to its portion of the total delivered items as calculated by US Patriot Flags.

Note that all flags experience normal wear and tear based on their use and the environments they are subjected to. Normal wear is not covered under this warranty unless it is a result of a manufacturing defect.
